The purchase of the requested items will be completed through the following stages:

By submitting an order, the customer sends Nuova Algis a proposal to purchase the selected product or products. The submission of the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to Article 10 of Legislative Decree 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from Nuova Algis, aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.
Nuova Algis reserves the sole discretion to accept a customer's purchase offer.
Nuova Algis checks the availability of all products daily. If a product is unavailable, the software automatically prevents it from being added to the basket. As the ability to place orders online modifies product availability in real time, Nuova Algis cannot guarantee the allocation of ordered goods. In this case, we are entirely prepared to either replace the goods with an item of a similar type (at the customer's choice) or to refund the amount paid in full within 3 working days. Any communications regarding this will be sent via email.
Nuova Algis will therefore arrange for the requested items to be delivered to the chosen courier for delivery to the indicated address.

Deliver goods

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, please ensure that:

The number of parcels being delivered matches that indicated on the accompanying document.
The packaging must be intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered.
The transport document, contained in the appropriate envelope attached to the outside of one of the packages, or delivered by the courier, must be kept.
Any discrepancy in the number of packages or the labelling, as well as any loss or damage, must be immediately reported to the carrier.
In case of non-conformity of the goods, any costs for reinstatement and/or replacement shall be borne by Nuova Algis.

Delivery times

Catalog products will be dispatched within 2 days of the order date.
Personalised products (number plate holder with name and number, saddle covers with name) will be dispatched within 5 days of the order date.
