Right of Withdrawal

1. The Customer has the right to cancel the contract entered into, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 30 days of receipt of the products. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforesaid period, by written communication to the Nuova Algis premises, to be sent by fax to +39 010 7170954 or by e-mail to orders@blackbirdracing.com.

2. The Customer who wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the receipt within 30 days of receiving the goods. By law, the Customer will not be entitled to withdrawal in the case of the supply of personalised products.

3. The cost of returning products is borne by the Customer. Nuova Algis will refund the full amount paid within 30 days of the Customer receiving the products, only if the product is returned complete with all its parts and functionalities.
